Set Courses
Our portfolio of 6 set courses cover a broad range of sales subject areas such as Account Management, Selling Skills, Negotiation and Winning Complex Bids. Our courses have been designed for specific levels of seniority (from New Hire to Experienced Manager) and for a range of different job roles (direct sales and indirect sales roles).

Our set courses can be customized to meet company specific requirements such as including CRM or Account Planning process and terminology.

Tailored Courses
We use a highly successful “content-palette” approach to develop tailored, company specific training courses and programmes. This method enables clients to pick and choose from a palette of 17 sales subject areas to establish appropriate course content. We then build the course to meet the specified levels of seniority of delegates and their job roles.

Tailored courses will be fully customized to meet a client’s environment. This applies to your own Bidding Methodology, CRM system or Account Planning processes and terminologies. All content will be business sector-specific enabling highly relevant role-plays, exercises and examples.
